Push notifications – support

Overview

You can send push notifications to let your readers know about the latest news or just to tell them the new issue is out. All the devices with your app on will be notified with your push notifications.

How to send push notifications

Create your push notification and select date and hour of when you would like to send them out

Please select the devices you would like to send your notifications out to (iOS, Android or both)

Push notifications on iOS devices

When your reader receives a push notification on their iOS device, a pop-up message will show up

Push notifications on Android devices

When your reader receives a push notification on their Android device, this will be viewed in the Android notification centre.
